Most efficient and effective dense loading

  • Completely flat load, the only machine that can dense load directly under the machine
  • Smart technology (sonar) assists the operator, to ensure a perfect load every time
  • Hyperloader can load up to 3” under the machine
  • Light weight, self levelling and laser guided centering for fast and accurate installation
  • Machine carries two motors and if one fails, the other can be activated immediately, being back up and running in 15 minutes or less
  • Designed for quick setup (30 minutes or less)
  • Continuous bed measurement preventing stoppages, saving 40 minutes per stop (minimum is 4-5 stops)
  • Hyperloader design allows use of drop lights and cameras while machine is running

Hyperloader - innovative dense loading technology

Remote controlled loader (Limited man entry)

  • Only Hyperload can load (inerted) reactors remotely using remote controlled interactive Hyperloader.
  • Hyperloader achieves this through a system of sonar and cameras.
  • 4-point wide-range sonar system (not limited to the manway size), takes measurements which are continuously and in real time streamed to control center and operator can adjust loading parameters as required.
  • Hyperloader can be connected to Catoscop preventing any man entry

Very low attrition and breakage of catalyst

  • The Hyperloader does not use fast spinning mechanical means for propelling catalyst.
  • Air/nitrogen are gentle carriers preventing breakage and attrition.
  • Does not affect design density of the loaded catalyst.
